Orbisonia Community Bancorp Inc. stock is privately held but is available for sale. Those interested in purchasing stock may review the “Stock Seller List,” which includes shareholders who have elected to offer some or all of their shares for sale. Interested buyers will be directed to contact sellers directly. All transactions between buyers and sellers must be negotiated and executed by them independently of the Company, the Bank, and the respective directors, officers and employees. Shareholders interested in selling some or all of their shares of Company stock will need to complete the Authorization Form to be included on the “Stock Seller List.”
